Success Story Update: Nick
Supported Internships
Nick began his Internship at The Range in 2017. He travels to and from work by taxi which he now books for himself in in the mornings and out at the end of the day.
Nick is enjoying working at The Range and works well with the support from Aaron, his supervisor and Dave, a store assistant. He has now started to complete jobs on his own, knowing that he can go to them when he needs to. He also knows that he can ask Dave, the Sales Manager, for help and to find out what tasks need completing at the start of his shift.
Nick has shown confidence when customers ask for his help with price checking or to find products, as well as when they need help with carrying items to the sales desk on the lower level.
Nick has progressed so much that he now only requires a job coach to visit him once a day.
