Brianna Teleki - Senior Business Development Officer

Hello! I’m Brianna (bree-AN-uh)

Since joining Enable in April 2022, I’ve had the opportunity to work in several different roles across our services, from supporting people directly as an Employment Specialist to working in quality improvement and, more recently, leading within our IPS Homelessness Trial.

That experience has given me a real passion for looking at how we can our service even better. In my current role, I get to exploring new opportunities, using evidence and insight, to turn ideas into positive changes for our staff and the people we support.

I’m really proud to have developed my career within Enable and to now be able to use my experience of frontline delivery, quality and leadership in a completely different way.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me gaming, cooking, or planning my next trip somewhere near the sea. I’m also Cat-Mum to a very fluffy cat named Rumi!
